Deeper than Awareness: Actioning God’s Call for Justice.

Room 1

If we’re being real: the term “justice” feels like it is everywhere in our world right now. In some ways, it has become a cultural buzzword and a trendy hashtag: something we are performing, but perhaps not practicing. Something we are passively posting about, but perhaps not pursuing. Here’s the thing: awareness is only as powerful as the action it takes. The justice of God is not a trend or an awareness hashtag: it’s a lifestyle, a calling and a command for our lives as we join His upside-down Kingdom. So what does a Christ follower look like as it pertains to pursuing justice today? What is the model that God gives us throughout Scripture? How can I join a greater movement beyond myself, and radically follow Jesus in His life-changing restoration of the world? Join us as we go deeper with God’s call for justice on our lives by exploring His Word, reflecting on our faith in Him, and practically responding to His transformative invitation.

The Next Seat: The Growth You Need Before Your Next Leadership Role

Room 4

Many young leaders feel ready for more responsibility, but they are often being asked to wait. Leaders over them often feel responsible to protect what they have built, and they are cautious about handing over influence too quickly. That creates real tension. You can feel overlooked while they feel pressure to steward wisely. This workshop names that tension without taking sides. It focuses on what you control. How you grow into the kind of leader people trust with more weight. We will identify the growth markers leaders look for before they hand you the next seat, and we will practice specific ways to ask for responsibility, carry it well, and stay anchored when the pace feels slow. You will leave with clear language for what you are experiencing, a simple framework for choosing a healthier leadership posture, and one concrete next step you can take this week to increase your credibility and expand your opportunity.

Unstuck & Unhindered (practices to set your soul free)

Room 2

Have you ever felt like you’re going in circles when it comes to your faith? You know in your head that God loves you, but you still struggle with acceptance and anxiety. You know that there is forgiveness in Jesus, but you still battle shame and negative self-talk. You want to trust God in everyday life, but you’re still often paralyzed by fear and insecurity. You want to serve others, but your default is towards self-preservation and selfishness. No matter how many sermons you hear, verses you memorize and prayers you pray, the patterns remain.

(Evangelism) The Art of Intentional Conversation

Room 5

Ever wish faith conversations felt more like a coffee shop chat and less like a high-pressure debate? Join in for an interactive session where we explore how to move beyond “winning arguments” toward building genuine, life-giving connections. We’ll look at practical ways to “set the table” for honest dialogue—creating spaces where people feel safe to ask big questions without feeling like a “project.” By trading religious jargon for authentic heart-to-hearts, we’ll learn how to meet people exactly where they are with empathy and respect. Come discover how to share the hope you have in a way that feels natural, intentional, and like something we all can do!

At Outpour, you’re going to find:

A Christian community that understands where you are in your faith journey and accepts you for you.

It can be easy to look around at other Christians and assume everyone is deep and committed in their faith, but that’s simply not true. You may be excited and on fire for God or you may be wondering if Christianity is actually for you. Outpour has a speaker, a breakout, an artist or a song that will speak to you.

Great speakers, music and artists.

Outpour conference features several keynote speakers, multiple breakout sessions, a top-rated worship time and talented artists throughout the conference. All of this is designed to create an atmosphere where you have the ability to reflect and be open to God’s message for you.

A volunteer team that cares about you.

You have been to an event where the staff clearly have to be there and probably wish they were somewhere else. That’s not the case at Outpour. From the management team organizing the logistics through the people welcoming you at the front door - we’re all volunteers who have one goal: to make your Outpour experience what’s right for you.

Space for reflection

Your faith is personal. It’s yours and it’s part of who you are. At Outpour, there’s space for reflection, both physically and metaphorically. After listening to a compelling speaker, you may need quiet time where you can reflect on your own so we’ve created spaces where you can go and pray or spend time in your own thoughts away from the crowd.
